Zach Ashton was raised near seaside town of Indian Rocks Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Moving from music to photography was natural progression for Zach Ashton as an artist. His photography evokes similar themes which he paints with his lyrics & melodies. Though imagery is considered a silent medium, Ashton’s images produce emotions of place and time.

His unique eye lends to a time when travel and portrait photography was something that provoked the viewer to imagine places and peoples far from the norms of traditional travel itineraries. Zach Ashton digs deep into the places he visits, pushing the limits of travel returning to a time of true adventure travel. He is, simply put, a “Man Adrift”.
